Water and Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate

Spray 2-5 times onto clean skin or to the bottom of the feet. Lightly massage for best absorption. 

For best results, apply at bedtime or after bathing. Allow to air dry. 

A slight itching or tingling sensation is normal and will subside with continued use. Dilute or apply with moisturizer or carrier oil if needed. 

For use as a foot soak, add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
