General FAQs

Yes! All of our supplements are third-party tested using independent labs.
Yes. Our products are formulated for all stages of motherhood, including pregnancy, conception, and lactation, but they are safe to use when not pregnant or lactating. We recommend consulting your physician before starting a new supplement since everyone has different health conditions and dietary needs.
Our products can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Some people find that taking supplements (especially vitamins) with food and/or at bedtime works best for them to avoid common symptoms of pregnancy, such as nausea.
-Mama Probiotics:There’s no right or wrong time to take probiotics, but our probiotics are best taken on an empty stomach. If you prefer, you can take them before a meal or even before bed.
-Prenatal Vitamins:We recommend taking 2 capsules with a meal, twice a day for a total of 4 capsules per day.
-Prenatal Collagen Protein:Our Prenatal Collagen is formulated to dissolve in your food or drink of choice, preferably warm or hot. You can add it to soups, hot beverages, smoothies, and even baked goods.
-Infant Probiotics:Our Infant and Toddler Probiotics are designed to be used in powder form. Do not administer in capsule form. Open the capsule and empty the powder out - up to one full capsule daily or as directed by your child’s healthcare professional. Introduce probiotics slowly and gradually work up to the full dose. Babies and toddlers 6+ months and toddlers: empty one capsule into room temperature food and drink. Babies younger than 6 months: with pediatrician approval, mix a small amount of probiotic powder into a bottle of expressed breast milk or baby formula or apply to mom's nipple before nursing.
-Magnesium Spray:Our magnesium spray can be used in many ways. Spray 2-5 times onto clean skin or to the bottom of the feet. Lightly massage for best absorption. For best results, apply at bedtime or after bathing. Allow to air dry. A slight itching or tingling sensation is normal and will subside with continued use. Dilute or apply with moisturizer or carrier oil if needed. For use as a foot soak, add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.

If you purchased Route insurance’s package protection at checkout and have a lost, stolen or damaged package, wait 5 days after the date of delivery and file a claim directly with Route.
If you have a lost, stolen, or damaged package and didn’t purchase Route protection, you can file a claim with USPS.

We ship to most locations worldwide. Please contact us if you’re unable to select your country during checkout.
Yes, you can utilize Shop Pay Installments to make your payments in small weekly increments.
We partner with a company called Route to offer very affordable package insurance. We recommend you select this coverage option at checkout to protect your package in case it is damaged, lost, or stolen. If you purchased this option and have a lost, stolen or damaged package, wait 5 days after the date of delivery and go here to file a claim. If you have a lost, stolen, or damaged package and didn’t purchase Route protection, you can file a claim with USPS.
If you decide not to purchase shipping insurance, Biomeology is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Once your item has shipped, your package tracking details are sent to you in a shipment confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your email, the information can be found in your account. If you did not create an account when you placed your order, please create an account to access your order history and tracking information.

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Please contact us if you need to return an item or if there is an issue with your order.

Yes. It's easy to manage your subscription. You can skip a delivery, change your billing date, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. Our website allows orders to be placed without an account, but in order to make changes, you’ll need to create an account first (if you haven't already created one).
Yes, you can add additional products to your subscription at any time. Log in to your account and head to the "My Subscriptions" tab. You'll be able to add products to your upcoming orders.
