US Shipping

Our products are stored in a refrigerated facility in California and ship out Monday-Thursday of each week. Most items are delivered within 3-4 days, but this is dependent on USPS and other shipping carriers. 

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific Time will usually ship out the same day. Our warehouse is closed for all major US holidays.

While optional, we encourage you to utilize our shipping insurance service for fast resolution of lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. We reserve the right to not take responsibility for shipment issues that arise when shipping insurance is not selected at checkout.

International Shipping

Biomeology ships to most locations around the world. Please enter your mailing address on the shipping page to check shipping rates.

If you are outside of the United States and you do not have the option to ship to your country on our checkout form, please contact us for assistance. We require international shipments to purchase Shipping Insurance and may require a small handling fee for some international orders.
